AN ACT CONCERNING WORKPLACE HEALTH, SAFETY AND VIOLENCE PREVENTION FOR PUBLIC TRANSIT WORKERS.
To (1) establish a Public Transit Workplace Health, Safety and Violence Prevention Committee, and (2) require each public transit bus operated by the Department of Transportation or a transit district to be equipped with a security barrier for the protection and safety of public transit bus operators.
