AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE TO ADDRESS THE CONTAMINATION OF WELLS IN THE TOWN OF FRANKLIN.
To provide funding to assist the town of Franklin to address the contamination of wells associated with the Franklin Town Hall and at the Franklin Volunteer Fire Department.
