AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SURCHARGE ON HIGH-VALUE RECREATIONAL VESSELS AND CONCERNING THE USE OF THE REVENUE GENERATED.
To establish a surcharge on high-value recreational vessels and dedicate the revenue generated from such surcharge to reducing and eliminating the property tax on motor vehicles.
