AN ACT CONCERNING TEACHERS.
To (1) establish a just cause standard for teacher termination decisions, (2) make the decision of a neutral arbitrator in a termination hearing binding, and (3) provide full workers' compensation coverage for teachers injured by students in the course of their employment.
