AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS FOR THE REMOVAL OF ENCAMPMENTS ON PROPERTY UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.

To require the Commissioner of Transportation to develop a plan to respond to temporary encampments by persons experiencing homelessness on any state highway right-of-way or real property in the custody of the Department of Transportation.
