AN ACT IMPLEMENTING WEIGH-IN-MOTION SYSTEMS FOR COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES.
To require the Departments of Motor Vehicles, Transportation and Emergency Services and Public Protection to expand the use of weigh-in-motion systems for commercial motor vehicle enforcement activities.
