AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE DISCLOSURE OF AN OPEN INVESTIGATION OF ABUSE OR NEGLECT OR SEXUAL MISCONDUCT IN THE HIRING PROCESS OF SCHOOL EMPLOYEES.
To authorize a former employer to disclose to a hiring school district any open or pending investigation of abuse or neglect or sexual misconduct of an applicant for a position with such hiring school district.
