AN ACT CONCERNING NONEMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE RECIPIENTS.
To improve access to nonemergency medical transportation for Medicaid recipients by reducing regulatory burdens on providers and reviewing reimbursement rates to ensure they are high enough to maintain an adequate pool of drivers.
