AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID COVERAGE FOR DIABETES PREVENTION, EDUCATION, SELF-MANAGEMENT AND MEDICAL NUTRITION THERAPY PROGRAMS AND ESTABLISHING AN ADVISORY COUNCIL.
To provide Medicaid coverage consistent with federal law for diabetes prevention, education, self-management and medical nutrition therapy programs and establish an advisory council.
