AN ACT CONCERNING A PROGRAM FOR INCREASED ADOPTION OF HEAT PUMP WATER HEATERS.
To require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to establish a program to increase the rate at which electrical resistance water heaters are replaced with heat pump water heaters.
