AN ACT COMMEMORATING STATE TROOPER IRVING H. NELSON IN THE TOWN OF POMFRET.
To require the Commissioner of Transportation to erect a sign in the town of Pomfret to commemorate state trooper Irving H. Nelson, who was killed in the line of duty on April 6, 1928.
