AN ACT PROHIBITING THE STATE FROM INQUIRING ABOUT THE SINCERITY OF A STATE EMPLOYEE'S RELIGIOUS BELIEFS WHEN REQUESTING A RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION TO A VACCINE MANDATE.
To prohibit the state from inquiring about the sincerity of a state employee's religious beliefs when requesting a religious exemption to a vaccine mandate.
