AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE JOHN J. MITCHELL FAIRGROUNDS IN THE TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR.
To provide funding to the town of South Windsor to renovate the John J. Mitchell Fairgrounds, including development of an event space for the community, installation of utilities and construction of a pavilion.
