AN ACT CONCERNING PASSENGER RESTRICTIONS FOR YOUTH INSTRUCTION PERMIT HOLDERS.
To permit a person who is sixteen or seventeen years of age to transport such person's siblings after being issued a motor vehicle operator's license.
