AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WORKING GROUP CONCERNING ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION FACILITIES AND ELECTRIC GRID CAPACITY PLANNING.
To require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to convene a working group for the purpose of examining and making recommendations regarding the siting and use of electric transmission facilities and electric grid capacity planning in the state.
