AN ACT CONCERNING PENALTIES FOR TARDY PAYCHECKS FOR PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS AND EXPANDING PUBLIC ACCESS TO STATE PROGRAMS.

To require contractual safeguards for personal care attendants working in self-directed home care programs and accessible communication by state agencies and private organizations contracting with state agencies.
