Public Act No. 26-101 The act sets fines for violating striped bass fishing regulations and requires catch-and-release fishing for striped bass from December 1 through March 31. It also creates a working group to recommend how Connecticut’s wildlife conservation program should be funded and carried out, and establishes a process for reviewing and requiring fish passage at certain dams.
